Our services have been designed to catch small issues before they grow into BIG problems. Our Certified Home Watch staff will perform regular reccurring inspections of your property and provide detailed visit reports with photos so you can see exactly what work we performed and what was observed.
Should we find an issue that needs immediate attention and we can’t fix it during our visit, we will contact you to aid in your next steps. Neighbors Property Services has gone to great lengths to establish relationships with tree service companies, roofers, plumbers, HVAC service providers, pest service companies, mold mitigation specialists and more. Our subscribing customers receive free access to our vetted network of local service providers.
A typical Home Watch visit includes 50+ checkpoints including:

A detailed walkthrough of the interior and exterior

Special attention for signs of forced entry or unauthorized access

Confirmation that doors, windows, and key systems are secure

Visual checks for signs of water leaks, mold, storm damage, or pest activity
